01 / License & Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, running, or accessing Cyclic Habits (including the mobile application packages and the web application interface), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We grant you a personal, non-commercial, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to operate the software strictly for habit tracking and productivity organization.

02 / Local Database Custodianship & Manual Backups

While your account settings and themes synchronize automatically, your core habits data logs and milestone histories (which are present under and tied to your habits) are stored locally on your device. Deleting the application, factory resetting your hardware, or device theft will result in permanent loss of this data. You are solely responsible for utilizing the in-app Backup and Restore feature to export and safeguard your habits and milestones databases. We hold no liability for lost streaks, progress metrics, or unrecovered milestones.

03 / Licensing & Premium Purchases

The purchase of the premium Lifetime Access package represents a one-time license fee to unlock advanced configurations (including additional themes, widget extensions, focus sound libraries, and advanced analysis boards). We reserve the right to modify, update, or adjust premium functional offerings as mobile systems evolve, but we guarantee that existing lifetime licenses will never be converted to recurring monthly subscription fees.

04 / Code, Artwork & Brand Protection

All visual architectures (including the Clockwork Orbit rendering system, focus trails visual designs, responsive mockup frames, and ambient audio loops), software code, and wordmarks are protected under global copyright and trademark laws. You agree not to copy, reverse-engineer, modify, decouple, redistribute, or build derivative copies of our application assets or components.

05 / Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Cyclic Habits is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operational speed, lag-free haptic response, or error-free rendering on all hardware. In no event shall the developers be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of software usage, data loss, or system instability.
