01 / License & Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, running, or accessing Cyclic Habits (including the mobile apps and web application), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We grant you a personal, non-commercial, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the software solely for habit tracking and personal productivity purposes.
02 / Local Database Custodianship & Manual Backups
While your account settings and themes sync automatically across devices, your core habit logs and milestone histories are stored locally on your device. Deleting the app, factory resetting your device, or losing your device will result in permanent data loss. You are solely responsible for using the in-app Backup and Restore feature to export and protect your data. We are not liable for any lost streaks, progress, or unrecovered milestones.
03 / Licensing & Premium Purchases
Purchasing the Lifetime Access package grants you a one-time license to unlock premium features (including additional themes, widget extensions, focus sound libraries, and advanced analytics). We reserve the right to update or modify premium features as technology evolves, but we guarantee that existing lifetime licenses will never be converted into recurring subscriptions.
04 / Code, Artwork & Brand Protection
All visual elements (including the Clockwork Orbit system, focus trails, interface designs, and ambient audio), software code, and trademarks are protected under international copyright and trademark laws. You agree not to copy, reverse-engineer, modify, decompile, redistribute, or create derivative works from any part of the application.
05 / Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Cyclic Habits is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, lag-free performance, or error-free rendering across all devices. In no event shall the developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including data loss or productivity impact.
