01 / Local-First Privacy (The Sandbox)

Cyclic Habits operates on a client-side sandbox architecture. Your habit cycles, orbital completion histories, calendar matrix records, custom timers, and system configurations are saved locally on your device via secure database structures. We do not run background algorithms to harvest your behaviors, nor do we host remote backups of your personal schedule on our systems by default.

02 / Account Synchronization & Manual Backups

If you authenticate using an account (e.g., via Google Login), only your custom settings, display configurations, and themes are synchronized automatically to provide multi-device consistency. Your actual habit schedules, tracking data logs, and milestones (which are present under and tied to your habits) do not synchronize automatically. Instead, we offer an in-app Backup and Restore feature, allowing you to manually export, archive, and import your habits and milestones data.

03 / Purchase Verification & Security

When you purchase premium Lifetime Access, anonymous transaction tokens are processed for invoice verification and licensing access controls via secure Supabase API endpoints. We do not store or process your credit card numbers, banking details, or payment methods on our servers; checkouts are managed securely by standard third-party store payment processors.

04 / Anonymized Diagnostic Telemetry

To debug haptic click feedback issues, audio playback loop performance (ambient focus sounds), and rendering glitches in the Clockwork Engine, the app may collect anonymous error report stack traces. This performance telemetry is aggregated and cannot be used to identify you or inspect your specific habits.

05 / Data Autonomy (Right to Erasure)

Because all data is written directly to your local hardware, you retain absolute authority. Deleting the Cyclic Habits application, clearing the application cache, or deleting your synchronizing web account instantly deletes all local database tables and remote files. This permanently executes your legal right to erasure without needing to request support.
